Live in a co-op and was asked to have 90% carpet. Since I recently redid my hardwood floors and don't want to ruin them, I'd like to use a carpet rug or larger rugs. Which ever is cheapest since I'm selling. Can you provide me with an estimate on adding large carpet rugs to the following area. I have 694.10 sq ft to carpet require 30% (625 sq ft) overall.
See the sizes below. The living room is L shaped and the L portion is used as the dining room.
Living Room (L Shape): 319.1 sq ft (11'6" x 27'9")
Dining Room (L portion): 91.7 sq ft (7'9" x 11'10")
Bedroom: 226.6 sq ft (13'8" x 16'7")
Hallway Foyer: 56.7 sq ft (14'2" x 4'0")
Total Floor: 694.10 sq ft
Kindly send me a quote for carpet and padding as I am looking to have this done next week.
